As a reminder, guest might be limited on special event days, special event weekends, and guest are only allowed to visit up to 6 times (cumulative with all members) in any season. Guest cannot be at the club without a sponsoring member being present for their entire visit. Guest visits are a privilege and privilege or membership can be revoked if member is found for bringing a guest more than 6 times and/or not paying guest fees.
To speed up your guest arrival, they can pre-sign the waiver for each season. You can access that form HERE. It is best to make a screenshot of the completed form’s confirmation screen to show the guards.
Guards will verify each guest has a completed waiver on file before allowing entrance. Another great way to speed up their check-in is having “Guest Credits” on your Member Splash profile to use.
- Maximum of 5 guests per membership number on any given day (regular, non-probationary, memberships). Unless special event weekends or other applicable days.
- Guest Fees
- $5 per person, except holidays. Infant non-walkers are no charge. Guest Fees aren’t dependent on amount of time spent at facilities.
- Holiday/Special (if guests are allowed) event guest fees are $10 per person. “2 credits”
- All guests must be checked in on each arrival – Failure to check in guests could result in membership suspension.
- Guests must be always accompanied by the primary sponsoring member while at the facility (Dependents can’t be sponsors for guest)
- Guest must adhere to all pool safety rules posted. Guest must complete waiver each season they visit prior to swimming. Proof will need to be shown to guards that are checking them in.
- Guests with children under the age of 13 must complete swim test.
- No refunds for weather events, so please plan ahead. No refunds on any pre-purchased Guest Passes at the end of the season. Non-Transferrable or refunds available at anytime.

If I invite a guest and they come 6 times on my account can they come 6 times on another account? No, guests are allowed to visit 6 times cumulative with all members per swim season. If you have invited that specific guest 6 times, they will no longer show approved to allow entry.
What if I bring a guest in that doesn’t have a waiver or pay at the front desk? Each person at the pool pays to enjoy a private style pool. Failure to make sure your invited guest doesn’t adhere to the rules, which includes signing a waiver and paying, will suspend your guest privileges and possibly suspension or revocation of your membership. It is a safety liability to the pool and clear violation of the rules and club by-laws.
Do I have to stay with my guest the entire time, or can I check them out and leave after? No, you must stay for the entirety of the visit of your guest. They are a guest of yours and should be accompanied to make sure they have a safe swim and adhere to policy. Remember, anything your guest does is attached to your membership. If they violate the rules, your membership is attached to that violation.
How do I add “Guest Credits”? It’s simple to add!
- Log into your Member Splash account.
- Navigate to “Payments” and click “Make a Payment”.
- You will then locate the line item “Guest Pass”.
- Choose the quantity of Guest Passes you prefer. Remember, each “Credit” is equivalent to $5. Some events require 2 “credits” or $10 per person for entry.
- Choose the appropriate payment method. ACH is a free, no fee, option.
- Once checkout is complete, the guest credits automatically apply to your account.
